Position : Quality Analyst
Location : Washington DC

  • Performs quality reviews of operations at department and individual levels to measure performance on contract regulation, program policy & procedure.
  • Reviews group and individual outputs on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Identifies and researches inefficiencies or inaccuracies in departmental methods and procedures and gathers and analyzes quality statistics to determine trends and documents findings for management.
  • Proposes and implements procedural/systems solutions to meet needs and improve overall performance. Determines related training needs and provides training to internal staff.
  • Responds to questions from customers and outside auditors on quality issues

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • In lieu of a 4-year degree: a 2-year degree with equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 5 years progressive experience in Quality oversight or related areas.
  • ITIL v3 Foundations.
  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of industry quality standards and methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results at management levels
