Primary Responsibilities:

  • To work alongside a Lead BA to support and help delivery current project streams from analysis, requirements to delivery.
  • Partner with the business and IS technical teams on designated projects to understand the business needs and help shape end user requirements.
  • Clearly articulate and document business requirements
  • Co-ordinate relevant project milestones by facilitating in design reviews and walk-through activities that communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions
  • Obtains key input from Development teams and identifies solution interdependencies
  • Engage with IS team members and business users to incorporate usability and user interface needs in new requirements design through effective wire-framing of solution options
  • Manage and develop strong working relationship with business partners to help drive overall satisfaction with IS services
  • To work with project teams to support 3rd Party vendor reviews and requirements gathering
  • To provide project management support to Project teams interacting with 3rd Party vendors
  • To support the QA Testing function with test scenario and traceability structures

Duty/Responsibility:

  • Document the requirements in specification and communicate with IS teams (Development and QA) to ensure good understanding of those requirements.
  • Analyze the requirements; looking at current systems and applying that to determine the business needs.
  • Conduct high level testing of the changes and support the business in user testing prior to the changes going live.
  • Facilitate workshops & meetings, preparing the material and presenting it to different audiences.
  • Track requests and user feedback to facilitate across all on-going projects.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in an IS business facing analysis or consulting position
  • Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure and within delivery timelines
  • Bachelor s degree (4 years) at an accredited university in Information Systems, business or related field, or equivalent in business experience. (Nice to Have)
  • Business Analysis accreditation or diploma. Project Management (PMI/Prince 2) accreditation. (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics would be an added advantage. (Nice to Have)
  • Recent non Financial industry experience required
