Job Description

Role: Oracle Database Administrator

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 7+ Years

Description of Services

Serve as Oracle Database Administrator providing solutions mapped to business/user and application development needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7 years of Oracle Database Administration
  • 5 years of Diagnostics, tuning and configuration management expertise, Familiar with histograms, indexes, and bind variable
  • 5 years of Developer experience in Shell scripts, Unix and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • 5 years of Oracle Patch management and upgrades
  • 5 years of Proficient use of OEM (preferred 12C version)
  • 5 years of Performs resolution of second/Third Tier Incident ticket support providing quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to audiences with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
  • 5 years of Excellent Customer Support skills and experience in working with ticket-based incident management.
