Our Client, a major Biotech firm with offices in Seattle Washington is seeking an ERP Solution Architect, with Demand and Supply Chain Planning experience.

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Provide techno-functional support and analyze Planning & Supply Chain systems and make recommendations for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions.
• Provide day to day hands on problem management, guidance, and support to the team.
• Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines.
• Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions.
• Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design and Technical Design
• Provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs.
• Configure and test Oracle Applications 12 e-Business Suite: ASCP
• Develops and documents detailed program specifications, business process models and scenarios.
• Determines the technical, interfacing and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS Software issues.
• Leads the configuration and administration of the Oracle EBS software as per business and technical requirements.
• Participates in post-production software support and problem resolution

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Working experience & Education
• University degree.
• 15 years of overall work experience
• 10 years in complex projects delivery
• 3 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience

Skills/Knowledge
• Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) with ASCP a must.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain - Plan to Manufacture business process areas (Process and discrete manufacturing, Mobile Supply Chain, Discrete & OM, Inventory, PO, ASCP )
• Experience in Oracle e-Business suite best practices.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience working with managed service support vendors
• Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solution alternatives.
• Able and willing to informally mentor existing team members
• Strong project management skills
• High degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Must have strong communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills with Global multi-cultural users.
• Able and willing to travel
• Experience in Pharma industry required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
• Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development
• Strong understanding and experience on Oracle AIM methodology
• Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution
