Business Analyst who is highly capable of and deeply passionate about understanding and translating customer needs into actionable development plans. If you are a self-starter with strong technical understanding and excellent communication and social skills, this Business Analyst position may be for you. Based in the Reading, Pennsylvania area, this Business Analyst role is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity. 

- Aid in creating customer-focused documentation for software solutions

- Develop detailed user stories and profiles

- Collaborate with designers to establish appropriate wire-frames, interactions, and user flows

- Develop creative and highly usable solutions for new product requirements

- Analyze and review business, technical, and functional requirements

- Invent and analyze product specification to meet business goal, working closely with development team

- Partner with development and QA teams to evaluate and enact new corrections and improvements
