Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Strong familiarity with software quality assurance processes, software testing best practices, quality metrics, and performance & automated testing tools.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT systems and projects across the organization.
  • Must possess a team player attitude and be committed to promoting and fostering teamwork.
  • Ability to translate business needs into test requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify programming errors or inconsistencies.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with Project/Configuration Management methodologies and tools desired (e.g., Scrum, JIRA, Quality Center); experience in test effort estimation and tracking and leading projects of limited scope
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate, high-quality assignments and projects.
