Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary FIM enhancements
  • PowerShell scripting to support I&AM reporting, FIM policies, task automation, query and reporting of metaverse and directories
  • Involvement in design of required changes and enhancement in FIM
  • FIM application and I&AM tools installation, enhancements and updates
  • Support operations team in issue resolution as required for FIM and I&AM tools
  • Interact with infrastructure teams for the architecture & configuration of FIM and I&AM tools projects
  • Work with product technical support to resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and practical experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows client, commercial off-the-self applications installation, tools installation and technical support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft's Forefront Identity Manager \ desire to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft FIM\MIM product
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server install and security
  • Solution design capabilities and documentation writing
  • Identity & Access Management, User identity lifecycle management fundamentals
