Responsibilities include:
Design and build innovative applications using artificial intelligence and machine learning from functional proofs-of-concepts to production ready, scalable solutions
Work on developing/training ML models to enhance existing processes with cognitive capabilities
Design, build, and deploy robotic process automation and chat bots using leading automation delivery platforms
Actively participate and propose technical guidance in the requirement gathering process and assessment of RPA/AI/ML opportunities, including preparing solution documentation
Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues in production and provide solutions as required
Work within project planning constraints, communicating project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager
Develop standard operating practices and support the operations teams through development and production
Work closely with the operations team to change and optimize existing RPA processes
