Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Work with business partners to identify and define KPIs in alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain a set of reports and dashboards to track company performance
  • Analyze data to challenge assumptions and uncover new business and product opportunities
  • Clearly communicate insights to stakeholders so that they can be acted upon

Relevant experience and mindset:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with data to solve problems and drive business goals
  • Comfortable writing SQL to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis
  • Experience building reports and dashboards with relevant tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to teach and mentor others on the effective use of data to solve problems
  • Bonus: Experience using R or Python to analyze and visualize data
  • Bonus: Experience working on problems related to transportation and logistics
