Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Obtain solid understanding of agency business processes. 
  • Obtain knowledge of the organizational structure and culture to help build relationships with key groups. 
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and presentation skills with outstanding project management skills. Experience working on visualization and data integration projects related to Salesforce using various Integration tools (Pentaho, Denodo or similar), Geo Spatial tools (Open Streetmap, ESRI or similar), Visualization tools (Salesforce Dashboard components, Tableau or similar). 
  • Experience in designing and development data quality checks within enterprise scale solutions. 
  • Lead data integration into and use of Salesforce by programmatic groups throughout the agency. 
  • Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations by doing market research in AppExchange and work with Salesforce sales team to research various solutions to meet the new demands considering the scope, budget and timelines. 
  • Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Force.com applications. 
  • Maintain, prioritize and report on user request backlog.
  • Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation.
