Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with all levels of the organization to turn requirements into valuable 
  • Become a subject matter expert on new BI reporting systems and methodologies, as well as provide recommendations on making improvements
  • Understanding your business stakeholders objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance
  • Generate process improvement ideas and gain organizational alignment and support for change
  • Scope project effort and timelines supported by document findings and requirements
  • Create business intelligence tools and reports, such as physical data models and dimensional analyses

Requirments :

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration, preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience as a business analyst and SQL developer
  • Experience working as part of a sales organization in a BI/Analytic role preferred
  • Consultative mindset, ready to support strategy development and collaborative in a team setting
  • Design thinking and ability to synthesize many ideas into a big-picture view that shows the connection between business intention and business action
