Job Description

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in credit, modeling, financial technology, or data science or 3 years in addition  to an advance degree .
  • 1+ years previous management experience with demonstrated leadership skills 
  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field 
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficient with Python, Excel, SQL, and other analytic tools 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 

  • MBA degree/ MS Finance 
  • Experience with consumer lending 
  • Strong understanding of Quantitative Financial Analysis 
  • Ability to understand profit implications of complex risk concepts 
  • Adept at data processing and modeling with previous experience taking quantitative models to production 
  • Machine Learning/AI experience
