Experience of migrating client workloads into Azure from other clouds (public or private) as well as traditional on-prem solutions
Experience in migrating existing Java application and Kafka consumers, to Azure
Hands on experience with implementing enterprise cloud solution is required
Extensive experience in Architecture and Design of IT systems, design patterns, and frameworks
Fluency with cloud-native application architectures (PaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design patterns)
Experience needs to include Azure Virtual machines, Resource Manager, Service Fabric, Container Service, SQL Database, Virtual Network, DNS, and Azure Active Directory at a minimum
Managing client workloads across multiple Azure regions
Integrating Azure offerings with other monitoring tools via API
Experience implementing and orchestrating containers such as Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with Implementing Analytics and Monitoring Tools, Splunk, Microsoft Operation Management Suite (OMS)
Strong understanding of computer networking, security, virtualization and containerization
Well versed in building product-quality software on Azure including experience in designing for high availability, building multi-region and multi-set architectures using virtual networks, availability sets and affinity groups.
Ability to develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Lambda or other similar vendor specific tools
Baseline Security/Compliance understanding relative to Cloud technology
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is desirable.
