Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform source system analysis, profiling, data mappings, developing ETL and flows, and if needed modeling the staging data models set forth by data migration needs
  • Develop ETL scripts within the industry standards for achieving the goal, in moving data from legacy systems to the target, apply maximum performance, compliance, and efficiency of the Data Migration tasks using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
  • Periodic walkthrough of the data model and ETL processes with the application team and business stakeholders
  • Maintain in-depth up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, and industry trends around Data Migration Architecture
  • Design and implement security while moving data into the target system (PHI/PII data)
  • Ability to perform evaluations and reconciliations regularly to ensure the ETL design and scripts, data security, privacy, and integrity is met
