Qualifications Required:
* 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse, Active Directory environment.
* MCSE 2008/2012 required. MCSE Private Cloud, CISSP, CCNA or similar industry certifications preferred
* Demonstrate expert experience with architecting, implementing and administering 2008R2/2012 Active Directory multi-domain forest in a multi-tenant/vendor cloud environment
* Expert knowledge in developing, deploying, and managing a robust advanced GPO strategy. * Expert knowledge in Active Directory Users and Computers and rights delegation.
* Demonstrate expert knowledge in Active Directory Trusts, Federation Services, SSO, and SAML.
* Ability to troubleshoot and remediate Active Directory tier 3 issues
* Expert knowledge with best practices for hardening an Active Directory forest and associated technologies, AD performance and security monitoring, reporting and capacity management
* Demonstrate expert knowledge with Active Directory Upgrades and migrations.
* Expert knowledge with Windows Server 2008R2/2012 Operating systems.
* Advanced Power Shell scripting skills
* Demonstrate expert knowledge in Active Directory Certificate services, DNS, and SMTP services.
* Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN/Firewall/Load Balancer/VPN/Data security/Linux
* Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and issue management skills.
* Demonstrated experience leading large projects, interpreting project requirements and working directly with clients to develop customized solutions
* Preferred ability and discipline to work and succeed in a fast pace and organizationally complex environment, to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology, and to lead and manage projects
* Must be living or willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Mechanicsburg, PA
* Travel - up to 50% (may only be for the first month, then up to a possible 15% thereafter)
