The People & Services Specialist delivers a comprehensive range of value added Human Resources practices, programs and services, specifically Benefits, Payroll, Team Member Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Onboarding/Offboarding support for team members at all levels. Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and teammate capabilities. Administers the organization s benefits enrollment processes, payroll, and reporting requirements. Responsible for team member onboarding and offboarding and responds to inquiries regarding any questions related to services provided during the employee life cycle. Serves as the company s ambassador and change agent for organization wide Human Resource programs and initiatives. Assists with interventions that enable the effectiveness of the leadership team to improve engagement and achieve desired business results.
