Our client, an international financial institution based in NW Washington, DC has a position available for a Junior RPA/BI Developer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and are consistent with the architectural standards;
  • Elicit business requirements, develop technical specifications, build subsequent code and test code, ensuring the business requirements are met, and in alignment with architecture patterns and quality standards;
  • Break down development problems and estimate effort/time for development tasks;
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems;
  • Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions;
  • Craft and execute queries upon request for data;
  • Present information through reports and visualization;
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. MicroStrategy);
  • Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes);
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting;
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems;
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis;
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects;
  • Develop and update technical documentation;
  • Oversee the plans, schedules, and work schedules to perform O&M work operations;
  • Interface with clients to support flying schedules and support major maintenance events;
  • Complete daily and monthly operational reports;
  • Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget;
  • Identify opportunities to reduce application support total cost of ownership.
