Job Description
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Operating in a center of excellence (CoE) or shared service environment tasked with implementing, operating and maintaining automation solutions;
  • Designing and implementing process automation solutions using some of the leading RPA/RDA (robotics process/desktop automation) and/or other emerging automation technologies;
  • Understanding process improvement, familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.; and,
  • Working in full life cycle of automation solution implementation.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums with business leaders;
  • Producing detailed support documents to match the solution designs and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of the solution;
  • Assisting with the enablement of a centralized RPA/RDA operation to maximize ROI for on and off shore centers/organizations;
  • Understanding business requirements and converting them into automation solution design;
  • Delivering solutions that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities; and,
  • Understanding business requirements and convert them into automation solution designs.
