Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Provide quantitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights and trends. Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external source to drive insights into business performance.
    • Design and implementation of financial, network, service and security reports
    • Develop report prototypes and various visualization solutions
    • Perform Ad-hoc data analysis and report delivery to support initiatives
    • Build analytical solutions with models and manipulating large data sets and integrating diverse data sources
    • Participate in project requirements gather, design, development, and implementation phases as report subject matter expert
    • Maintain productive vendor relationships
    • Deliver reports and dashboards to internal/external customers
    • Present customer facing, operational and management reports to external customers, Account Managers, Senior Managers, and team leads.
    • Track and store reports, dashboards, and metrics following established guidelines
    • Support data analysis, data warehouses, repositories and reporting environments
    • Provide first-stop user support for the company's business intelligence systems.
