The DevOps Architect is responsible for design and development of innovative architectures for System Innovation team into different types of cloud and cloud/hybrid systems

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure, de-coupled architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid-based systems.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of APIs.
  • Understand DevOps requirements to support enterprise-wide application & business transformation.
  • Based on business requirements, design and implement cloud-native architectures and designs that will allow those requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk and with appropriate security controls present.
  • Implement processes to automate deployment and scaling
  • Represents System Innovation Team in development, implementation, and support of cloud systems. Acts as the ambassador and senior technical representative for DevOps while engaging with other senior technical leaders throughout in design, implementation, and solutions.
  • Works with Engineering, Platform, and Client organizations to choose appropriate technology solutions, roadmap, and facilitates complete integration into environments.
