Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Data Exploration & Analytics: This involves data extraction, complex data-wrangling, bringing key insights, develop simple algorithms and exhibit good story-telling skills with appropriate visualizations. • Data Engineering: This involves building methods to facilitate ingestion, access, queries, assess quality and recommend fixes, or improvements. Contributes to design and implement new ideas that improves an existing or new system/process/service. • Proof of Concept and Prototyping: This involves performing proof of concept with a sample set of data. Once a proof of concept is successfully, it is used to deploy concept for large scale deployment of the entire available data. • Data Science & Statistical Modeling: This involves extracting and cleansing data from multiple sources, In-depth analysis and data visualization using SQL, R, Python, Tableau, etc. (not exhaustive) to answer business questions, accurate data and findings per the agreed upon metric definitions, including SQL & relational data models along with basic data load capabilities. • Technology Strategy: Contributes to new and existing technology options that support business goals. Evaluates technologies and proposes technology position for the company. • Knowledge: Background in Telecom network (RAN technology is a plus) and software application development would be good to have.
