Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve on the executive leadership team and drive change at the highest level through influence and strategic use of data
  • Work hand-in-hand with the functional leads to solve difficult business problems, both tactical and strategic using conventional analytics and data science
  • Lead by example through dedication, flexibility, and an openness to finding the best solution to a problem, collaborating effectively across the organization
  • Lead cohort modeling; pricing elasticity tests; go-to market testing; churn prediction; loyalty program launch (in conjunction with the retention team); and many other key initiatives we likely haven t thought about yet!
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to productize new functions and features
  • Drive retention growth through development of predictive audience scoring and post-campaign analytics with a view towards ML/AI initiatives and products where appropriate
  • Supports audience segmentation and targeting strategy through integration of first and third party data
  • Ability to prioritize balancing short term KPI impact against long term data solutions
  • Design, develop, and launch extremely efficient and reliable data solutions for longer-term integrations/scale
  • Improve and invest in your team to grow them personally and technically
  • You are comfortable directing efforts to solve complex and highly impactful quantitative problems
  • You are experienced in selection and application of machine learning techniques, both supervised and unsupervised: regression, clustering, etc.
  • You have experience with, and pay attention to, privacy laws current and future state
  • You are a strong leader with a passion for growing teams, finding creative solutions, and building incredible products
