Job Description
What You Need to Have: 
  • Master'sDegree in computer science or 5+ years Oracle Database Administration experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle database performance issues (Analytical thinking)
  • Excellent understanding of the interaction between Oracle databases and Web solution components
  • Customer service minded
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-location team
  • Ability to make decisions individually and/or within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Experience in High Availability and Disaster Recovery design using Oracle Database Technologies
  • Experience with Oracle Exadata (X3-2, X4-2, X5-2, X6-2)
  • Experience with RAC, ASM, RMAN, Dataguard, Golden Gate
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Technical writing skills (ENGLISH) is a plus
  • Oracle Linux administration skills is a plus
 
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
 
Work with a world class team to provide enterprise-wide, Oracle Database Administration support for production systems and provide DBA services to application development teams, including database design, database generation, coding, and database production support. Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to ensure user productivity.
