Typical system administrative and support activities such as SharePoint site creations, layout structure creations and support for multiple site collections and content within the sites built in 2010, 2013 and online, including but not limited to daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis; as well as perform as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert role.
Provide technical guidance to the team in technologies related to the development and support of an enterprise SharePoint environment (understanding the relationship with active directory, SQL, IIS)
Define business processes and system alignment. Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions. Strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff). Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Implement system alignment with business processes.
Participates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for a specific business need.
Creates technical design documents, unit test, system test and implementation plans for small to complex SharePoint projects.
Testing or coordination of testing of development solutions in a Sandbox Development/Staging environment and authorize deployment to SharePoint production system.
Gathers customer requirements for customized system solutions and provides alternative solutions.
Technical support of InfoPath forms as well as forms and functions created within SharePoint designer, including, creating, documenting, and communicating the location of the form library and their purpose and workflow.
Creates and maintains PowerPivot workbooks within the SharePoint environments.
Provides training and support directly to customers.
Enforces the Corporate IT SharePoint governance model.
Reviews, monitors and manages site quotas, file size limits and usage reports. 
Leads monthly SharePoint meetings with IT and internal business unit.
Technical and implementation focus is on providing standard applications to resolve business issues.
Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists, content types and site collections.
