Job Description :

·         Bachelors or Masters with extensive work experience in the Healthcare insurance industry as a Data Modeler / Data Analyst / SME.

·         Minimum if 5+ years of applicable work experience within healthcare setting required.

·         Must have Subject Matter Expertise with many, if not all, of the Facets Back-end Databases (eg. Core, XC, XMS, FHG).

·         Must have experience working as a consultant guiding business and technical teams through the efficient mapping of Facets Data.

·         Excellent understanding of Back End systems and ETL Code.

·         MUST have FACETS experience and strong Data Modeling experience.

·         Excellent knowledge of and experience with FACETs (claims) from a business perspective.

·         Experience supporting a production healthcare insurance payer system (FACETs).

·         Strong SQL experience, working knowledge of database applications, including extraction and querying skills.

·         Must be highly proficient using SQL to extract data.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills and discipline to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
