Responsibilities:
Provide Workday Compensation administration including researching, configuring, and testing
Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions. (This will be at least 75% of your daily function. You need to have Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation experience.)
Provide support and configuration for other Workday modules, including Core HCM and Talent Management as required.
Troubleshoot or develop Workday reports of low to medium complexity.
Provide support to HR teams, Senior Management and other internal stakeholders
Work directly with the Compensation functional team and the HRIS team to modify configuration and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Work directly with external Compensation functional consultants on Advanced Compensation configuration changes for the following year.
Performing data analysis and troubleshooting
Preparing HRIS process flows, procedures and job aids as needed.
Business analysis and user acceptance testing
General understanding of interfaces with 3rd party vendors (i.e. medical, 401k, vision eligibility files)
