Relevant experience
 
                10 plus years of IT experience with at least 2 years’ experience in UiPath and other RPA tools
                Experienced in architecting and designing RPA solutions
                Understand the configuration aspects of the various UiPath modules
                Designed at least 10 processes end-end with UiPath technology and setup UiPath environments
                Create and maintain solution documentation
                Experience in engaging clients business and IT teams in defining RPA strategy, evaluating choice of RPA tools, and designing  delivering RPA solutions
                Experience in defining automation development standards, agree and set automation SLAs and standardize automation reporting process
                Desirable to have UiPath accreditation
 
Mandatory Skills
 
                Architecting and designing RPA solutions
                Engaging clients business and IT teams in defining RPA strategy, evaluating choice of RPA tools, and designing  delivering RPA solutions

Roles  Responsibility
 
Work with the clients Business and IT team to define a strategy and roadmap that achieves the desired Business Outcomes through RPA
Work with the clients Business on identifying opportunities to integrate, automate and orchestrate applications to complete a business processes using Robotic Automation
Participate in  client workshops to Provide guidance on Standardization, Technology Alignment, Reporting Process  and SLAs for implementing a Robotic Automation solution at an enterprise level
Engage with clients in resolving RPA specific technology challenges
Must be able to grasp technical problems, and come up with smart, logical solutions through strong problem solving capability.
Audits RPA engagements across clients and suggest improvements.
Assist in identifying, analyzing and scoring candidate processes for automation and effectively communicating the scoring outcomes.
Lay down architecture principles for the implementation
Provide overall Architecture and design governance for the implementation
Design oversight, best practices and recommendations
Keeps track of UiPath releases and suggest clients on upgrade
Cross-pollinate best practices across engagements
Prepares Automation business case, exposes benefits and drivers, financial merits
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Updates and publishes standard developer guidelines on frequent basis based on UiPath best practices
Coaches the RPA teams during all phases
Manages collaboration of teams and best practices across different engagements
