TCG is partnering with a large Denver-based healthcare company on a CRM re-design, and looking for a UI/UX Designer with some development chops. Must have experience with Salesforce Lightning (SFDC Lightning) as well as digital design capabilities. It would be a huge bonus if the candidate had HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience. This is an ongoing, full-time contract role for 3-6 months, but could easily extend longer depending on how the project develops. Successful candidates will be expected to lead the UI Design efforts in Salesforce Lightning, and present mockups and wireframes to the technical team and business counterparts. 

- 2+ years of Salesforce lightning UI and custom design, dealing with both desktop and mobile views; portfolio to share 

- Proficient with SFDC Lightning UI 

- Proficiency with languages such as HTML/CSS, Javascript, Visualforce development 

- Experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish 

- Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on product 

- Ability to understand and discuss technical topics, requirements, and limitations related to Salesforce.com 

- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices 

- Ability to drive feature definition and interactive design from ambiguity; able to balance great design while meeting short deadlines 

- Can produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team 

- Self-motivated and a good communicator 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and fluent in user story creation 

- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator
