Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems and how they interact/interface with one another as well as the overall HR business processes
  • Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the HR Roadmap and enable the best employee experiences
  • Collaborate on creative, flexible and scalable solutions to complex business problems
  • Gather requirements from a variety of cross-functional groups, such as Operations, Legal, HR Corporate, Vendors and other employees
  • Work independently but in frequent communications with, stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise including business implementation managers, business process owners, project sponsors, senior leaders, vendor partners, project managers, IT developers, IT testers and UAT testers
  • Gain requirement sign-off by ensuring mutual understanding and agreement among stakeholders
  • Ensure systems and processes are effectively and efficiently designed and developed to support business operations
  • Evaluate potential risks and defects, analyzing specifications and customization of applications and relevant processes while providing recommendations and solution design
  • Responsible for the end to end system development and/or project lifecycle, including assessment, documentation, functional design, and operational implementation
