Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop healthcare payment integrity analytics
Write complex SQL queries to validate data
Understand data structure and content, perform query tuning
Support business analysts; translate business requirements to technical specifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Data Analysis experience using SQL
2+ years of experience in health care payment integrity analytics and working with large data sets
Proficiency coding overpayment analytics using SQL
Knowledge of medical coding concepts (Claims data, Procedure codes, Diagnosis codes, Provider and Member data)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Cognos/Tableau report development experience
Other tools/languages - Python, JavaScript, R, Spark
