Overview
 

We are seeking a healthcare business analyst with experience utilizing problem solving skills, analytical tools and financial acumen to identify trends and develop associated improvement opportunities for hospital clients. The candidate should possess a track record of successfully integrating into high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieve measurable performance outcomes. As an analyst, the candidate will help achieve the company’s goal to transform healthcare organizations and ultimately patients’ lives.
 

As part of this role, the business analyst will work with client personnel, as well as in internal leadership, analyzing and leveraging operational and financial data to improve the performance of our client organizations. Analysts will facilitate the implementation of recommendations, maintain schedules, and attend meetings with the client. They will leverage the data to drive the performance improvement effort. They will develop presentations for the client and manage internal databases related to tracking engagement progress and client improvement opportunities. Our onsite teams also work with specialists and the client leadership to identify and implement restructuring and savings opportunities. Working with client personnel, Surgical Directions experienced analysts will effectively guide the client through transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all data elements are collected from the client in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform data compilation, analysis and evaluation with quality control of all deliverables
  • Designs documents and analytical tools that assists team members and clients with reports to easily comprehend the data, such as dashboards, statistics, graphs, etc.
  • Provides document and communication support including but not limited to proposals, presentation, research on healthcare topics, and reports
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative skills to various client situations
  • Successfully influence and facilitate client performance improvement initiatives
  • Deliver a quality work product within established time frames
  • Interface with all levels of management both internal and at client sites
  • Be an excellent team player, communicator and presenter
  • Standardizes deliverables, builds internal consensus and rolls out new methodologies and templates under the direction of the Company’s leadership team
