Job Description

The Business Analyst- Operations will be responsible for reviewing/documenting operational processes of the Customer Operations and Sales teams and providing recommendations for achieving efficiencies ensuring consistency with the company’s overall strategy and goals. This individual will be responsible for creating process flows, gathering business requirements, developing standard metrics and reporting to measure results.

  • Develop process documents, process diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Recommend business process changes and application functionality to improve quality of Customer facing operations
  • Identify, define, and document business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and other techniques
  • Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems and build out the requirements as necessary
  • Coordinate training creation and delivery for new and/or revised functionality
  • Collaborate with management and change leaders to achieve compliance to new policies
  • Develop metrics to report on the results of implemented policy changes
  • Create insightful management reporting
