The Software Engineer Manager will be leading two scrumteams, each with 4-6 team members, which will be responsible for API / webservice development or DataPower development. This individual will need to be hands on with the applications underthem as well as a mentor and coach for the teams they are leading. They will need to help define the targetstate for their applications and be willing to jump into the code to help adeveloper troubleshoot a defect or perform a code review. Working with each of the team members, theywill also help to build out a career development and learning plan. Agile experience is a must with familiarityof both Scrum and Kanban required.
