Job Description
  • Act as Lead Learni:ng Management System (LMS) Administrator.  Implement and manage technical components of the LMS.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps.  Interact with business unit leadership to determine best practice standards and program guidelines regarding training curriculums and competency reviews.
  • Design/develop, assign and maintain LMS content. 
  • Track and prepare reports and graphs demonstrating the progress, effectiveness and success of LMS application via internal compliance metrics.  
  • Lead strategic learning and quality projects in support of Chestnut’s mission, vision, values and strategic direction. Provide project leadership through research, analysis, training, consultation, feedback and problem solving with appropriate staff. 
  • Maintain documentation and make application for maintenance of Chestnut’s Continuing Education Sponsorship licenses via the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and the Illinois Certification Board.   
  • Conduct or assist with compliance inquiries and/or investigations as directed by the Corporate Compliance Officer. Support implementation of targeted solutions/corrective actions as identified in findings.
  • Interpret and execute relevant standards and requirements for licensure, accreditation, regulatory and oversight entities to assure Chestnut’s compliance with same. Assist in coordination of activities for all licensure, accreditation, regulatory and oversight entity site visits. 
  • Maintain audit ready documentation consistent with job duties, including but not limited to training matrices, compliance tracking documents, quality improvement project data, and internal compliance metrics. 
  • Work as a team and in collaboration with other Quality Management staff, particularly when essential job functions intersect.
  • Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut’s behavioral standards for customer service.
