Job Description
    skills / abilities:
  • Certified Force.com Platform Developer I or II (or equivalent experience)
  • Visualforce and Apex skills
  • Experience integrating with REST and SOAP based web services
  • Willing to learn on the job, including Heroku Infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Communities
  • Strong background in relational database concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile and scrum methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with non-technical stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and ability to seek out technical solutions to complex problems without being handed a set of instructions
  • Willingness to work in downtown Chicago

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the following

Creatively find solutions for the correct implementation of business requirements
Quickly understand a complex data model and work to optimize it
Create tech and database solutions for Goby’s Product and Data Teams
Write and maintain unit and functional tests
Use source control (git) to collaborate with colleagues
