Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess our business processes and how they support our company objectives
  • Collaborate with different functional areas on major technical and analytical projects
  • Design and develop new data pipelines to automate generation of analyses
  • Perform exploratory analyses using relevant business questions, particularly related to client and consumer behavior
  • Present and communicate results of analyses to the management team and stake-holders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Masters degree 
  • 2+ years of professional business and/or data analysis experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, databases, and data structures
  • Proficiency in Python, including a high skill level with pandas, numpy, and similar analytical libraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated ability to distill large amounts of business data into actionable insights
  • Strong sense of curiosity, urgency, and excitement around challenging business questions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences
