Job Description

Job Description:

  •  Experience in Database Architecture and Design - physical and logical design and ER model
  •  Experience in using Clusterware on RAC/Non-RAC databases
  •  Experience in Oracle Data Guard set up in LAN and WAN environments and standby database maintenance
  • Experience in Golden Gate Replication and Migration Technologies
  •  Experience in applying advanced Database features for high availability
  • Understand of In-Memory technologies - Oracle TimesTen / Other products
  •  Manage activities ensuring adherence to Information Security Policy and corporate standards
  •  Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager and Oracle Management Cloud
  •  Must have experience in Performance and Tuning
  •  Experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
  •  Experience in PL/SQL Programming
  •  Reading and actioning AWR reports
  •  Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting database performance problems in mission critical large production system
  • An ability to work in a team as well as independently
  •  Availability 24/7 when in on call rotation and in emergencies
  •  Excellent communication skill
  • * Certification on Oracle database administration is preferred
