5+Experience in leading offshore development studio from onshore 
Must have experience with Agile development 
Experience using VersionOne is big plus 
Previous experience working in Client projects is a big plus. 
Strong skill set on JAVA & Angular JS. 
Good Understanding of Core Java / J2EE, hands on development capabilities with experience in the current technologies. 
Good Understanding of Spring - Core, ORM, AOP, Spring JDBC etc. 
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases 
Hibernate or any other ORM 
SOA and web services: WSDL/XSD, JAX-WS, JAX-RS 
Experience on deploying and tuning applications on Apache Tomcat 
Experience of Cloud technologies on the AWS platform with a project for 6+ months is required. 
Others: 
Self-starter and driven candidates. 
Strong communication skills - will be required to present demonstrations to client executives as regular intervals. 
Ability to absorb and incorporate new technologies/frameworks quickly. 
Adapt to working in a fast paced agile environment
