The SailPoint IIQ Capabilities Lead role will be responsible for technical leadership in the design and development of new capabilities in SailPoint IIQ to support our Identity and Access Governance needs. In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver technical solutions and services that enable the business to provide the right access to the right people at the right time. You will have the opportunity to work with and influence a range of IAM services that span across directory services, privileged account management, access management and many more. Interested? We're seeking individuals that possess deep technical understanding of identity and access governance and strong knowledge of coding standards and processes. 

  • Lead a team of SailPoint IIQ developers and testers in designing, developing, and testing new capabilities.
  • Drive key initiatives, including implementation of capabilities and continuous improvement opportunities for our SailPoint IIQ services.
  • Understand technical trends in Identity and Access Governance and our IAM providers to determine impact on our current services.
  • Understand requirements and needs of the business through building relationships with business partners and users.
  • Lead resolution of complex technical issues identified by you and our Identity and Access Management team.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership for external vendor resources supporting these services.
  • Maintain controlled processes and procedures are development and testing including code management.
