Job Description
  • Work with business units to map business processes; align technology solutions with short and long-term business strategies.
  • Understand technology trends and vendor product roadmaps to determine how they best fit the demands/requests of customers and how delivered functionality can be best leveraged.
  • Define and complete user stories; configure solutions to meet user story requirements and best practices.
  • Document processes and systems, including integrations and 3rd party systems used in conjunction with CRM.
  • Create tests to ensure the quality of solutions; work with other service team members and business units to execute quality checks.
  • Perform data analysis including cleaning, transforming, and modeling data; design data reporting solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support for end users; work with end user support professionals on other tiers to resolve incidents and document known issues.
  • Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated.
  • Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Seek professional development opportunities and feedback on personal performance.
