Job Description
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements, business requirements, use cases, etc.)
  • Make contributions in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and perform test execution as required.
  • Ensure that various documents, manuals, etc. are kept up to date
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the functionality of various modules and processes within the software
  • Participate in work planning sessions and software demonstrations
  • Conduct internal review of final product prior to release to ensure complete functionality and fitness for delivery
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
  • Establish, and check for timely delivery, of sprint milestones within a cross-functional team
  • Level 2 Customer Support on an as needed basis
  • Administrative tasks such as meeting facilitation, minutes, and follow up communications
  • Perform other duties as deemed relevant based upon experience to fulfill customer needs
