- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements, business requirements, use cases, etc.)
- Make contributions in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and perform test execution as required.
- Ensure that various documents, manuals, etc. are kept up to date
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the functionality of various modules and processes within the software
- Participate in work planning sessions and software demonstrations
- Conduct internal review of final product prior to release to ensure complete functionality and fitness for delivery
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
- Establish, and check for timely delivery, of sprint milestones within a cross-functional team
- Level 2 Customer Support on an as needed basis
- Administrative tasks such as meeting facilitation, minutes, and follow up communications
- Perform other duties as deemed relevant based upon experience to fulfill customer needs
