Job Description
    • Monitor / Review Various Online Marketing Methods Offered by Affiliates / Partners
    • Ensure 3rd Parties Comply with the Established Policies / Procedures
    • Perform Reviews Routinely of 3rd Party Business Operations to Test that All Regulations are Followed
    • Research Federal / State Laws / Regulations to Ensure Policies / Procedures are Updated Continuously with Current Regulations
    • Perform Manual / Automated Reviews / Seeding of Online Search Results to Ensure Service Providers are not Violating 3rd Party Intellectual Property
    • Reviews Forms / Disclosures / Advertisements / Emails / Materials for Regulatory Compliance
    • Work with a Variety of Cross-Functional Teams to Ensure Compliance with Laws / Regulations / Policies
    • Monitor RIS Rates / Escalate as Necessary
    • Maintain / Update Process Documentation
