Job Description:

  • Conduct andsupport facility-wide, cross-functional operations improvement projects.
  • Lead detailedprocess analysis using statistical tools.
  • Perform rootcause analysis, develop and verify metrics.
  • Perform supplychain analyses and develop related recommendation. Analyses are used to developthe recommended operational improvements, lowering costs and improve customerservice. Scope of analysis includes inventory deployment, network design, andfulfillment and distribution strategies.
  • Perform ProcessMapping, Value Stream Mapping, process design, and methods development,establish performance standards/metrics, ROI analysis and project management.
  • Develop process to calculate best estimate of financial risk.
  • Reviewing and analyzing contracts.
  • Risk analysis.
  • Stimulatemanagement thinking by tactfully challenging conventional wisdom throughdemonstration of the application of the Six Sigma and Lean. Provide guidanceand knowledge to lead the change.
  • Utilize Six Sigmaand Lean to lead and execute high impact process improvement projects.
  • Present data andsolutions to customers, both internal and external.
