Job Description

Key position responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering experience to the extent you are able to document and define business logic and rules within the broader team’s areas of responsibility
  • Executes business analysis activities including stakeholder analysis, identifying project risks and issues, monitor and report on requirements activities, participating or facilitating user acceptance testing through internal and/or external resources.
  • Executes requirements gathering, driving and documenting of stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development and testing phases.
  • Translates stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables for projects with high complexity. Is able to effectively lead the work of other BAs or outsourced vendors.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of business systems functionality and interconnectedness. Is able to effectively communicate functionality and requirements needed through all levels of the business and engineering teams
