Job Description
 
  • 3+ years of experience in design and development of complex stored procedures and SSIS packages.
  • Proficient in writing queries and stored procedures using TSQL for MS SQL Server 2012+
  • Expert in troubleshooting SQL Server Performance issues and optimizing queries; to include troubleshooting locking issues, deadlocks, index optimization and tuning overall query performance in a high volume, zero down time environment.
  • Expert in database design fundamentals.
  • Expert in developing SQL Server Integration Services packages and solutions utilizing complex transforms and a wide variety of data sources including SQL Server, delimited and fixed width text files, XML, REST Services, Oracle, and DB2.
  • Experience with CI/CD/DevOps processes and tools is a plus.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication style/skill are required.
  • Should be Self-motivated with the ability to operate with limited supervision.
  • Should have the ability to be effective in the face of evolving requirements.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework and .Net development
  • SSRS experience preferred
