Job Description
  • Track order backlog, forecast, and actual sales on ongoing basis, creating monthly snapshots for management to share with other Hexcel sites
  • Analyze data trends and apply critical thinking to sales forecasting process
  • Coordinate with Kent Program Managers and Sales/Marketing at other Hexcel sites to align forecasts and assist with determining feasibility and accuracy
  • Track forecasting accuracy, summarizing by product families
  • Prepare and manage approval process workflows for pricing per Hexcel’s LTA process
  • Prepare, analyze, and facilitate discussions on different pricing scenarios
  • Analyze proposal wins and losses for recommended estimating/ pricing improvements
  • Act as a pivotal resource for the S&OP process, providing demand data, risk & opportunities, bridge data and additional relevant information to support effective planning to achieve sales forecasts
  • Support development and maintenance of long term (5 & 10 year) strategic plan. Assist Operations teams in analyzing data to develop capacity and capital plans to support the strategic plans
