Job Description:

  • Responsible for data analysis and extract / transform / load of a variety of healthcare related claims and performance measure data sources
  • Responsible for design, development, and execution of SAS or potentially R programs in analysis of claims and healthcare quality / performance measures
  • Participate in status and collaboration meetings between management, program stakeholders, our CMS clients, and QIO award winners
  • Responsible for program related metrics collection and reporting
  • Implement and manage project changes, interventions and oversee constant monitoring of project progress
  • Develop constructive reports of personal status stating project progress along with both problems and solutions
  • Ensure that on time delivery is always a top priority and strive for 100 percent on time delivery
  • Lead and participate in quality assurance processes and inspections of their own work and the work of others
  • Provide experience and skill in innovative continuous learning approaches to achieve continuous process and program improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
