  • Strong technical background on the following languages: Apex, Visualforce, HTML & CSS, PHP, JavaScript
  • Deep and strategic understanding of the proper application of Salesforce to meet business requirements
  • Extensive experience handling all aspects of Salesforce platform maintenance, including all declarative and programmatic capabilities in both Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning (experience with transition from Classic to Lightning a plus)
  • Experience working in multiple Salesforce configurations (contracting industry experience a plus)
  • Expertise and ability to follow best practices in one or more of the following areas: Quality Assurance, Test Data Planning and Execution, Release Deployment
  • Understanding of what a good SDLC does and doesn't look like.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Proven willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal abilities, with capacity to present to technical and business audiences
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Pardot Certifications a plus
