Job Description

Job Description:

    • Translate application user stories and use cases into functional applications
    • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Java applications
    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications developed
    • Identify and correct data processing bottlenecks and bugs in software code. Work with the Security team to maintain code quality and best practices in application security
    • Mentor junior developers to improve their skill set
    • Interface with business owners and triaging issues
    • Sets future direction for system according to strategic roadmap and provide backup leadership to team
    • Monitors system activity and communicates out status to appropriate individuals
    • Provides technical support for applications/systems during and after its implementation
    • Responds to questions/inquiries regarding system/application
    • Designs integrated solutions for multiple systems
    • Interfaces with enterprise architecture team for guidance on solutions/designs
