Job Description:
· 5+ years working with Healthcare payer
· US Healthcare Domain Experience is Mandatory
· Test Data Manufacturing through Application UI/Front end is mandatory
· Understanding application landscape and identifying the E2E Data flow
· Healthcare Data and Business knowledge with understanding of the terminology, concepts, and value chain
· Strong understanding of various Test data manufacturing techniques
· Strong hands on experience in working with Healthcare Payer industry
· Added advantage of having IBM Optim experience
· Experience in TDM solutioning (Data de-identification, sub-setting)
· Solid understanding of information warehousing and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
· Solid understanding of physical database design.
· Ability to work towards meeting stringent milestones
· Ability to work in a team environment with on-site and offshore resources
· Proven project planning, execution abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to prepare, present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations and to perform necessary actions · Ability to accept high level assignments and work with limited supervision and guidance · Excellent work history and attendance record · Certified in Database Administration/ Programming/ Informatica TDM
Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for understanding the existing database or data source models and owning the solutions for production data de-identification and sub-setting into the lower environments.
· Proficient in analysing existing application landscape, identify data flow diagram across applications/system and extract data dictionaries from source systems.
· Capable of extracting relationships between different databases and corresponding tables.
· Read and understand the data dictionaries of source systems.
· Healthcare business domain knowledge and experience related to the account/Groups, Members,
Providers and Claims manufacturing is mandatory
· Test Data Manufacturing experience using the application front end, UI, files, etc.
· Experience in understanding the E2E Data flow, its dependencies and ensure the data integrity across various applications, products and product lines
· Experience in handling different types of DB and expertise in DQL, DDL, DML and Support DBA activities for data copying/ backup
· Configure the subset/ filters to be used for IBM Optim or Informatica TDM for data subset for various soruce data systems.
· Data Validation of subsets created
· Coordinate and work directly with customer stakeholders to identify the requirements and implement solutions for data de-identification, sub-setting and refresh into the lower environments
· Grooming project team members on Informatica TDM best practices
· Help understand the existing customer environments and coordinate with infrastructure teams for any additional capacity/ resizing etc.
· Data Profiling of the de-identified data copies for quality assessment
· Capture subset metrics for reporting.
· Design a framework that will enable data governance model in non production environments to arrest the flow of production data into non production environments.
· Direct teams to implement the framework designed.
